The Commissioning Support Programme offers flexible support to local authorities and their partner organisations as they confront the challenges of improving and redesigning services. Reduced budgets and changing structures all present a challenge to effective delivery of public services – we have extensive experience of working with leading commissioners to confront those challenges while still focusing on improving outcomes for service users.

CSP works with Children’s Improvement BoardWe are currently working with the Children’s Improvement Board to support local authorities in commissioning more effective and efficient services. This work includes training opportunities for sector specialists.
