Within Herfordshire County Council, we are looking to benchmark some of our services for Post 16 and would appreciate responses from other LA's around how they support the following areas: Do other authorities generally develop Service Level Agreements/Contrcts with other bodies for use of premises for frontline delivery of integrated youth support services or do they have their own? Do other LAs retain adolescent worker specialisms within an integrated 0-19 service structure ie 13+ services alongside but not within children's early intervention services?
