This is the evaluation report from the Aiming High Short Breaks activities that were commissioned jointly during Summer 2009 by Manchester City Council and NHS Manchester. It demonstrates the engagement work that took place with children and families and records their experiences and feedback.
All of this information has been used by local commissioners to improve how and what activities were commissioned for children and young people as part of the Aiming High Short Breaks programmes.
