As part of your contract with the Children’s Trust you are expected to be able to show that you have involved service users, children, young people and/or families in the evaluation of your service. The way in which you use this information to improve the service should be displayed in your setting. A number of providers have their own method of doing this, but in recognition that some providers do not we are enclosing copies of Full Circle which has been designed for you to use with children, young people and families.
The documentation focuses on simple questions:
Process
· Please photocopy as many documents as you need. An electronic version is available at www.derbyshire.gov.uk/vci
· Please ensure that all service users receive a copy of the documentation and that those who need assistance in completing it are given the help required.
· Please collate the findings and use them for service improvement.
· The poster titled “We’re listening” or a similar proforma should be completed and displayed within your setting.
