Solihull has a draft Common Commissioning Framework for the partner agencies which make up the Solihull Partnership, across public, private, voluntary and community sectors. The Common Commissioning Framework sets out a consistent appproach to planning, providing and reviewing services to achieve the results for local people outlined in Solihull's Sustainable Community Strategy.
