Tips for commissioners:

How to set up a profile:

• The registration form can be found by clicking on the tab at the top of this page labelled 'register'. Make sure you fill in all the fields marked with a red star
• You can choose multiple regions / trusts by selecting one and then holding down the control key on windows, and holding down the apple button on macs.
• To receive updates on new providers and content relevant to you, as well as the monthly Commissioning Support Programme newsletter, make sure you tick the boxes at the bottom and fill in your areas of interest.

How to upload and submit a tender:

• You can upload and submit tenders from this page. Make sure you fill in all the fields marked with a red star
• You can upload multiple Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) or tenders
• Click the “Submit” button located at the bottom of the page and the tender will be uploaded to the site.

Searching for a provider:

• Click on a region to view a list of providers from that region. Alternatively, use Advanced Search below to refine your search by different categories.
• You can select multiple regions and trusts if you hold down ctrl/Apple and click on the ones you would like to choose.
• Remember to click ‘submit’ once you have selected your search criteria.

Receiving updates:

• In order to receive updates on new providers, make sure when you register you tick the box at the bottom that says ‘receive notifications’.
• You can edit you notification preferences by going to your community profile, click on ‘edit profile’, then ‘edit sign-in information’.

• If you are already registered, you can create a provider profile by logging in, going to 'edit profile', 'registration data', scrolling down and ticking the box labelled 'If you are a short breaks provider, please click here to set up your profile for the e-marketplace'. Then just follow the steps from there.

• Select tenders by the type of service or need they are looking to fulfil, as well as the region, trust and value of the tender.
• Remember to click ‘submit’ once you have selected your search criteria.

Receiving updates:

• In order to receive updates on new providers, make sure when you register you tick the box at the bottom that says ‘receive notifications’.
• Choose whether you would like to receive notifications for all newly uploaded tenders or for tenders related to your service, according to the registration details you provided.
• You can edit your notification preferences through your profile homepage and by clicking ‘Update you profile’.
